Trent Pamplin is the founding Member, owner and Chief Statistician of Statclarity, LLC. Prior to forming Statclarity, Trent was the Director of Consumer and Marketing Science at InsightsNow, Inc. - a company consistently ranked in Inc.'s magazine annual 500 fastest-growing private companies in America.
Trent has worked for over sixteen years as a professional statistical consultant for Intel, Corning, HP, Mountain-Pacific Health Foundation and other companies (in Asia, Europe and North America) with a focus on solving problems and improving business or manufacturing processes. At those companies, he helped create the most advanced process control systems in the world, improved manufacturing yields and quality of dozens of different consumer products, created improved forecasting models and methods, applied analytical rigor to hundreds of problems from most functional areas including: Business Intelligence & Strategy, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Market Research. He has a B.S. in Mathematics with minor in Computer Science (1993) and M.S. in Statistics; thesis: "Hybridizing Statistics with Genetic Algorithms" (1995).
